Groups and workshops (even virtual ones) are a great way to enjoy a sense of community and connection during times of stress, overwhelm, or uncertainty. They encourage you to take time for self-care and empower you with easy techniques to improve your health and well-being.

My Workshops Include

Relaxation & Self-Care

Release stress and restore a deep sense of inner peace and balance through guided relaxation techniques.

You’ll leave empowered with simple techniques you can use at home to quickly release stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and restore more balance and joy to your life.

Most techniques I guide and teach do not involve sitting still, closing your eyes, or having to silence your mind, so even if you’ve tried and rejected traditional meditation in the past, come join us to explore a more flexible approach.

Drum Circles

Group drumming is a fun and easy way to release stress, lift your spirits, and connect with others.

Professionally facilitated drum circles have been proven to lower stress hormones, increase feel-good endorphins, and even strengthen immunity. They also provide a gentle and relaxing form of exercise and combat feelings of isolation.

Now more than ever a virtual drum circle is a powerful way to find joy, peace, and community. Music and rhythm have a natural ability to bring us together and transcend the physical distance between us as our hands, hearts, and breath sync up lifting our spirits and binding us together in playfulness and creativity.

No musical background or instruments are needed!

EFT (“tapping”)

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is simple and easy to learn.

Once you know the basic “recipe” you can use it to make big changes to your mood, mindset, and physical wellbeing. Overcome stress, anxiety, grief, sadness, anger, physical pain, and limiting beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you.

In these workshops I’ll teach you the basics of EFT, plus my unique “Rhythm Release” technique which I developed through my work with individual clients. Rhythm Release is very gentle and nurturing, and facilitates deep relaxation.

Music Therapy & Sound Healing

Research shows music therapy and sound healing can alleviate anxiety, depression, and insomnia, decrease pain, strengthen immunity, promote entry into meditative states, and more.

In this experiential workshop you’ll learn the science behind music therapy and sound healing and the difference between the two.

You’ll also enjoy a profoundly relaxing group experience and learn simple techniques you can use at home to alleviate stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and more. This workshop is only offered in-person and is currently on hold due to Covid. Please check back for future dates.
